Naugatuck Valley Cardiovascular Associates, LLC participates with most medical insurance plans. If you are unsure if we participate with your plan, please check with your insurer or employer. We will be more than happy to assist you in determining if our physicians are members of your plan.

If you participate in an HMO plan that requires a referral to visit a specialist, we will need that referral before your appointment. Plans that require referrals include Cigna, Aetna and Anthem, among others. Be sure to call your primary care physician (PCP) to confirm that your referral is in place before your visit. We will do everything we can to assist you throughout the process.
